FAQ

Questions about working with AI Automate.

Here are answers to the most common questions we hear about RAG chatbots, automation pilots and our early‑stage agency model.

What exactly do I get from the free AI Automation Audit?

The audit is a short, practical document (not a sales deck) that maps your current inquiry or lead flow, highlights where repetitive work is happening, and outlines 1–2 concrete automations we’d recommend starting with — usually a RAG chatbot and one or two workflows around it.

How long does it take to implement the first automation?

Timelines depend on your stack and scope, but most pilots are measured in weeks, not months. After the audit, we’ll propose a realistic timeline along with what we need from you (content sources, access, API keys).

Do you need access to our tools and data?

We prefer that you control access by providing API keys and test accounts. We then connect these securely in your chosen tools (for example n8n). You can revoke access at any time.

Can you work with our existing stack?

Yes. Our approach is to integrate into what you already use wherever possible, rather than forcing a brand‑new toolset. During the audit we’ll map out what you’re using now and recommend integrations accordingly.

How do you make sure the chatbot stays accurate and safe?

We use Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), meaning the chatbot only answers based on the content we connect it to, and we can set guardrails about which topics it should avoid. We also log examples and refine prompts based on real usage.

We’re just getting started with AI. Is that okay?

Absolutely. AI Automate is also early‑stage, and we’re set up to work closely with teams who are just starting to adopt AI. We’ll explain options clearly, avoid jargon, and keep you involved in each decision.

Do you work only with real estate?

No. Real estate is a natural fit for our first solutions, but our approach also works for other service businesses that deal with repetitive questions, bookings and lead handling. If that’s you, we’re happy to talk.

What happens after the first pilot goes live?

We monitor how the automation is used, capture feedback from your team, and propose improvements along with ideas for the next automation. You can continue with us or keep everything in‑house — we’ll document the setup either way.
